Shipping policy

PAYMENT

JV Insardi accepts major credit cards. For security, your billing address must match the address on file at your credit card company.  Full payment is due before any order is processed and produced. 

We may, in our discretion, restrict delivery to addresses within the United States. We will add applicable sales tax, which amount will depend upon various factors, including type of item purchased, sales price and destination of the shipment based on shipping address.  Please note your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax.  Sales tax regulations may change between the time you place an order and the time of credit card charge authorization and this may affect the calculation of sales taxes.  If an international order, the purchaser is responsible for all taxes and duties imposed by their country of residence.  Should JV Insardi be invoiced directly from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due which will need to be paid immediately.

SHIPPING

Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. JV Insardi will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.

For security reasons, JV Insardi purchases require an adult signature upon delivery.

Orders placed Monday - Friday before 12PM EST will begin processing that day and will ship within 2-3 business days following completion of manufacturing.  

Orders placed Monday - Friday after 12PM EST will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 2-3 business days following completion of manufacturing.

Orders placed on Friday after 12PM EST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

JV Insardi does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or company observed holidays. 

JV Insardi cannot be responsible for any unanticipated delays.  We provide shipping to most global destinations.  For confirmation on international shipping, please email cs@jvinsardi.com.  JV Insardi is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of JV Insardi to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions.  Please check your country’s customs office to determine these charges.    

JV Insardi is unable to ship orders to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.
